Assurity's Innovation Award Associate of the Quarter

The first quarterly Innovation Award winner for 2012 is Regional Sales Coordinator Dani Burback from the worksite sales area.

Dani received this quarter’s award because of her creativity in developing and coordinating extensive, innovative worksite sales training and reference tools.She has developed virtual job aids to assist her fellow associates in the worksite sales area, and to better serve and develop our broker-clients. Through these tools, she has defined the worksite sales processes and developed workflows for the department’s projects and activities.

Dani’s supervisor Chad Bodner, vice president, worksite sales, was enthusiastic about her work: “We’re very excited to have Dani’s virtual sales manual, because it is so comprehensive that any associate can easily access all the information they need to provide sales and service support to any worksite broker.”

Todd Reimers, senior vice president, chief marketing officer, also praised Dani’s efforts: “Dani has provided an extensive tool that the worksite sales associates can use to replicate our successes in worksite sales, which we believe will continue to translate into increased production!”
